Easter 2011

We had a busy Easter! Aunt Amanda was visiting for the week, we colored eggs on Saturday night and we went to the Sacramento Rivercats game on Sunday afternoon.

Notice the lack of pants? Olivia has developed an aversion to pants. Also, note that I am writing this post several months later and things have not changed!

???

She wanted to color all her eggs pink!

We had Easter dinner a day early. Ham, sweet potatoes, and bread!

Olivia woke up Easter morning to find 2 baskets (one for her and one for Charlotte) and eggs hidden all over the house. She unpacked Charlotte's basket for her and was very nice to offer to find her eggs too. I think she'll be disappointed next year when Charlotte wants to do it herself!

Organizing her eggs

Daddy and Olivia wore their baseball hats to the game.

The Easter bunny had "hid" eggs at the ball park too. He must have been tired by the time he got there though, because they weren't hidden at all, they were just scattered all over the grass. Once again, Olivia volunteered to hunt for Charlotte's eggs too.

Olivia did not like the bunny (and I don't blame her one bit!)

We sat on the grass in the shade. It was nice because Olivia got to run around and Charlotte got to nap comfortably!
