Charlotte Eats!

Charlotte loves to eat, but she has her own idea about how it's done. 

Usually she sucks her thumb for up to a minute between each bite, which makes each meal last a long time and spreads the mess well beyond just her face :)

There was one day when she ate the whole meal with her pointer fingers in her mouth.

When she was ready for a bite, she just opened her mouth and used her fingers to pull on her lips. We tried pulling her hands out of her mouth, but she just put them right back in the same way. 

So far she's had rice cereal, yams, apples, peaches, carrots, bananas, and avocados.
